Muslim Youth Foundation herein referred as MYF is a group of youths who aspire to the welfare of all Muslims in Malawi. Our ambition is to make social services accessible to the communities of Malawi and the Muslim communities must become independent economically.
To achieve this, our strategy is to act as a bridge by finding resources in order to fill the gap in social and economy of the community.
We have identified four main thematic areas which we want to help the communities in Malawi. These areas are; education, health, agriculture and social welfare. These areas have their own objectives and activities which have been lined up to be done in the communities.
We engage in activities or programs that promote the welfare of vulnerable people in the society
We want to make Muslim community understand the importance of secular education and its relationship to Islam to boost the number of Muslim professionals.
We want to promote understanding of early childhood Islamic education among Muslims so that they become responsible Muslim citizens and future dynamic leaders
We to ensure that Muslims youths have access to equitable health services that are in line with Islamic teachings and conduct community outreach programs on health issues
We want to support youth in agribusiness with adequate agricultural skills. To engage in activities that promote good modern agricultural practices to attain food security and economic independence
